Concert Band

The high school concert band meets first period each school day. Band students rehearse and perform a wide repetoire of music, including many standard pieces of concert band literature, as well as several contemporary selections for wind ensemble.

The high school band performs a winter and spring concert each year, as well as performing at the region large group contest each spring. Every two years the group plans a larger excursion, recently performing in Winnipeg (2007) and Chicago (2009).
